Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs
The music ministry at Christian Fellowship works to provide a balance of “psalms, hymns and spiritual songs” (Col. 3:16) for joyful worship to our Lord for all He’s done for us.
We seek to support joyful, reverent worship by providing a thoughtful balance of “psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs” (Colossians 3:16). Our desire is that the songs we sing together would help the Word of Christ dwell richly among us and direct our hearts toward gratitude for all the Lord has done.
We are intentional in choosing music that is biblically sound, theologically rich, and well suited for congregational singing. Our goal is not to perform for the church, but to sing with one another—teaching, encouraging, and reminding each other of the truth as we lift our voices together.
Christian Fellowship is blessed with many musicians, and we actively seek to cultivate and encourage the gifts the Lord has placed among us. There are ongoing opportunities to serve in the music ministry, and we welcome participation from those who desire to use their musical gifts in service to Christ and His church.
Above all, our aim is to magnify Christ—His person, His work, and His grace—so that our worship together would be God-centered, Christ-exalting, and shaped by Scripture.
