Women
This includes a prayer chain, women’s Bible studies, mentoring and discipleship, encouragement for the hurting, and ministry to our senior shut-ins.
The Women’s Ministry exists to help women walk together in Christ—caring for one another in both word and deed.
Under the leadership of the Women's Ministry Team, this ministry provides meaningful opportunities for prayer, growth in God’s Word, and genuine fellowship. Regular prayer gatherings lift the needs of our church family before the Lord, while women’s Bible studies encourage spiritual growth, thoughtful discussion, and deeper confidence in the truth of Scripture.
Care and discipleship are at the heart of this ministry. Through mentoring relationships and intentional encouragement, women are supported in every season of life. Special attention is given to those who are hurting so that no one feels overlooked or alone, but instead experiences the steady love and presence of the body of Christ.
That love is also expressed in tangible, practical ways. Meals are provided for new mothers and those facing illness, bridal and baby showers celebrate God’s gracious gifts, and bereavement meals surround grieving families with compassion and comfort. The Women’s Ministry also serves the broader life of the church through Sunday morning childcare and warm hospitality during both Sunday and Wednesday gatherings.
Alongside these ministries of care are relaxed, relational opportunities designed to foster connection and friendship. Coffee and Conversations provides a welcoming space for women to gather, share life, and encourage one another in an informal setting. Additional fellowship opportunities include periodic banquets and teas, as well as retreats that encourage rest, renewal, and deeper relationships in Christ. Through prayer, service, and time together, the Women’s Ministry seeks to reflect the love of Christ and strengthen women as they grow together in faith.
